CVFCU Scholarship Joseph P. Crouch Memorial Scholarship
| Central Virginia Federal Credit Union provides a $1,000 scholarship toward tuition or other related fees to a CVFCU member who is a high school senior entering an accredited college or university. This scholarship is based on merit and citizenship of the student, rather than financial need.
The applicant must:
A. Be a member of CVFCU at least four months prior to application deadline.
B. Be a high school senior and be accepted for admission to an accredited college or university.
C. Submit the following information to CVFCU
- A completed Application form.
- An official high school transcript.
- A copy of the letter of acceptance from the school the applicant will be attending.
- Two letters of recommendation, at least one must be from a teacher, counselor, or other administrator.
- Submit a typed essay on the year's assigned topic. The essay must be typed, with at least 250 words but no more than 500 words.
