Community Involvement Incentive Employees are encouraged to take part in community projects and are rewarded for doing so. As part of a comprehensive incentive program, employees receive one hour of leave time for every hour spent volunteering with an approved community group outside of normal business hours. Employees may accrue up to 80 hours of bonus leave time per year.
