Help Your Community Credit Union as we Help Your Community!

Central Virginia Federal Credit Union and the Lynchburg Chapter of Credit Unions will host our thirteenth annual Golf Tournament on May 19, 2010 at Ivy Hill Golf Course.

Last year, the tournament raised $23,500 for the local chapter of Children's Miracle Network! All funds remain in the area and benefit the NICU and Pediatric units at Lynchburg Baptist and General Hospitals.

Toys for Tots - Completed

Drop off new, unwrapped toys at our branches November 27 - December 21

Central Virginia Area Agency on Aging - Completed

Bring non-perishable food items for distribution to area senior citizens. Help our branches fill their grocery bags through Christmas Eve.

The Daily Bread - Completed

CVFCU employees are volunteering to serve meals at The Daily Bread in downtown Lynchburg. If you are interested in volunteering or donating to this worthy cause, please contact their office at 434/845-5703.

Salvation Army Coat Drive - Completed

Employees and members donated 33 coats to keep our neighbors warm this winter.

Commonwealth Games to benefit CMN - Completed

Hokie and Cavalier fans supported their favorite team and Children's Miracle Network. Hokies came out on top with $214 to the Cavaliers $185. But the real winners were the children!
